Life is Good
Last Friday we had a talk about life. Key Stage 2 got together and we has a nice talk about lives from the very beginning until the end. The students understood the concept and they brought up nice points.
We finished the talk with a nice mural; a fingerprint mural.
We put our fingerprints which are a very singular part of our body so that we can be remembered and everybody remembers us FOREVER.
In a way, the students understood that all the born bodies have an expiration date. In addition, the kids understood it nicely with a comparison, we compared our life with a train journey. Lots of people gets on our train, lots of people gets on our wagon and some other people gets off our train... In a way we have to find the way to enjoy our journey on the train.
It was a great opportunity to deal with emotions. We worked on sadness and anger and we found different options to express them.
They understood that it is normal to feel sad, but the important thing is to remember our people because they will always be beside us guiding us.
Our stars will always be with us in our hearts and they will last forever.
