We do not like -dis a as a prefix, this prefix is negating what comes after. In this particular case, we are saying that these people have no abilities and that's NOT  true.

Some people have some difficulties, but this does not involve not having abilities. Like the rest of the people, we are good at some aspects and we are not as good at other aspects in life.

It is very important to treat everybody the same way and to understand that we need to help others.
